Important Information

• All orders shipped require a signature unless altered directly with shipping carrier (liability will be solely on the customer)
• Orders are processed usually within 48 hours from time of purchase excluding weekends and Australian public holidays - with the exception of pre-order and specialty items
• We advise to contact us at info@styleaddict.com.au if parcel has not been received at its expected destination 10 business days after the Estimated Time of Arrival.
• Please note that the shipping costs that Sonne Studios Pty Ltd provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping. It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping back to Sonne Studios Pty Ltd (STYLE ADDICT RETURNS - PO BOX 280, MOORABBIN 3189). The customer will be held liable .

Pre-orders & Specialty items

• Pre-orders and specialty items will not be dispatched until the estimated shipping date shown on the product page. Any orders containing non pre-order items will be only shipped upon arrival of the pre-order
• Separate shipping can be organised by way of contacting our team and paying an additional shipping fee
• Please note, we are unable to give exact shipping dates for pre-orders other than the indicative date shown on the product page - In the case of unexpected delays - we will make a strong effort to be in contact to inform you of this

Customs, import duties and taxes
